PLT Health Solutions, Inc. announced today that it is has named Stephen Cook as Director of the company’s Supply Chain operations. Prior to joining PLT, Cook spent 15 years working in a variety of roles in  The Bountiful Company’s supply chain operation. His most recent position was Director of Supply Chain and Operations, Natural Products Group. Earlier in his career, Cook was a Senior Software Applications Consultant for JD Edwards/PeopleSoft/Oracle Enterprise Software, where he helped companies implement software solutions for supply chain and manufacturing operations. In his role at PLT Health Solutions, Mr. Cook will be focused on enhancing processes, streamlining operations, managing growth and increased productivity.

According to Devin Stagg, Chief Operating Officer for PLT Health Solutions, Cook’s deep experience in the natural products industry will help PLT expand its operational capabilities to support the continued growth of its domestic and global business. “At PLT Health Solutions, we are continually developing new capabilities and processes to best support the specific needs of our customer base. Stephen Cook’s experience at one of the world’s top natural product innovators will help us continue this journey,” he said. “Stephen brings with him over 20 years of experience in supply chain and operations management in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industry. With far-reaching expertise in manufacturing, purchasing, business process improvement, planning, packing, distribution, forecasting, and operations, Stephen is uniquely qualified to support this next chapter of our growth and we’re excited to add him to the PLT team,” he said.

Mr. Cook was awarded his Master of Science Degree in Business System Analytics from Kean University and a BS degree in Operations Management from Susquehanna University. He is a member of the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), holds a number of Six Sigma certifications and is a Certified Change Management Specialist (CMSC). He is an avid lacrosse enthusiast, both playing in a league and coaching youth teams.
