Limited-edition Chocolate Cherry Bar brings nostalgic flavor and plant-based nutrition together

ALOHA, an award-winning B Corp and Climate Neutral Certified plant-based protein brand, launched its newest small batch, limited-edition flavor: Chocolate Cherry. Available now at ALOHA.com, the bar will expand to Whole Foods Market stores nationwide in November under a retail exclusive through the end of the year. In 2026, it will join ALOHA’s full-time protein bar lineup at Whole Foods and across myriad digital marketplaces.
Made with real cherry pieces, almond butter and rich dark chocolate, the Chocolate Cherry Bar is built on ALOHA’s proprietary blend of pumpkin seed and brown rice protein for steady, plant-based energy. Each 56g bar delivers 14g of protein, 10g of fiber and just 5g of sugar, offering a smooth, subtly sweet flavor that’s indulgent yet balanced. Inspired by iconic cherry desserts, it combines a classic taste with the thoughtful nutrition ALOHA is famous for.
The launch comes amid a resurgence in cherry’s popularity, as consumers rediscover its appeal. Mintel reports that demand for cherry-infused products has risen more than 30% since 2019, driven by interest in familiar flavors and the fruit’s antioxidant and heart-health benefits. Once considered traditional, cherry has reemerged across food, beauty and fashion as a modern symbol of comfort and quiet indulgence.
