Newly Weds Foods, LLC (Newly Weds) cquired JDM Food Group (JDM), a UK-based manufacturer of sauces and food ingredients. Founded more than 20 years ago, JDM specializes in sourcing, developing and manufacturing fresh and natural liquid products for foodservice and food processing customers. 

Operating from a recently expanded manufacturing facility in Bicker, Lincolnshire, JDM has built a reputation for high operating standards, product quality and disciplined manufacturing practices. The acquisition expands Newly Weds Foods’ liquid and sauce capabilities and offerings in the UK and Europe, while supporting continued growth with both existing and new customers.
