Tate’s Launches Key Lime, Brings Back Blueberry Cookies
Limited-time offerings highlight citrus and fruit inclusion trends

Tate’s Bake Shop introduced two limited-time cookie varieties for spring: Key Lime Pie and Blueberry Crisp. The products are rolling out across national retailers, including Whole Foods Market, Sprouts, Walmart, Publix and Albertsons, as well as through e-commerce channels.
The Key Lime Pie Cookies extend the brand’s citrus portfolio, building on its existing lemon variety. The formulation combines a tart citrus profile with white chocolate chips, aligning with continued product development interest in balancing sweet and acidic flavors. Citrus-forward desserts and “pie-inspired” formats remain active areas of innovation, particularly in seasonal and limited-edition launches.
The returning Blueberry Crisp Cookies incorporate freeze-dried blueberry pieces into Tate’s thin, crisp cookie format. The use of freeze-dried fruit supports flavor intensity and shelf stability while maintaining inclusions that deliver visual and textural differentiation. Fruit inclusions, particularly berry varieties, continue to see use in baked goods positioned for both snacking and permissible indulgence occasions.
Both products are positioned as seasonal limited-time offerings, a strategy that supports product rotation and consumer engagement without permanent SKU expansion. Suggested retail pricing ranges from $5.78 to $6.99.
