Bluegrass Ingredients, a global leader in turnkey and custom dairy flavor powders, concentrates and seasoning blends, will exhibit at IFT First, taking place July 12–15, 2026, at McCormick Place in Chicago. At Booth 2469, Bluegrass Ingredients will spotlight how its application-driven approach to flavor and functionality supports food and beverage brands with cost-optimization, seasonings compatibility with dairy and next-generation seasoning capabilities across snacks, sauces and prepared foods. The booth lineup will feature a Cost Controlled Mac & Cheese Solution, Tomato Ranch Sauce, Jalapeno Cheddar Sauce, Cheesy Kimchi Popcorn and Grana Padano Flavor Potato Chips.

Bluegrass Ingredients’ Cost Controlled Mac & Cheese Solution illustrates how targeted seasoning systems support cost-optimization while still delivering rich cheese flavor and a premium-style eating experience. The mac and cheese application is formulated to help brands balance ingredient costs with consumer expectations for creamy texture, robust cheese notes and familiar comfort-food appeal.

At Booth 2469, Bluegrass Ingredients will feature two sour cream dips, Tomato Ranch Sauce and Jalapeno Cheddar Sauce. These dips demonstrate the performance of its seasonings in dairy systems by tapping into comfort foods and socialization trends and showcasing the utility of seasonings in dairy-based applications. Together, they highlight the Bluegrass Ingredient’s ability to balance layered flavor, heat, richness and texture in both classic and on-trend profiles suitable for dips, dressings and prepared meal platforms.

Attendees can also sample Cheesy Kimchi Popcorn and Grana Padano Flavor Potato Chips at the booth. These salty snacks showcase how Bluegrass Ingredients’ seasoning and blending capabilities support the growing experiential eating trend, delivering fusion-forward and elevated cheese-inspired profiles tailored to today’s adventurous snack consumer.
