For product developers, the lineup reflects growing demand for quick-prep formats, global flavor influences and value-driven protein solutions.

From chili lime shrimp and salmon burgers to ghost pepper tuna packets and smoked salmon candy, processors are casting wider nets for adventurous shoppers. With protein, omega-3s and Gen Z appeal in focus, seafood is staking a bigger claim across the retail store.

Bright, bold colors and a red shrimp graphic front and center carry across the full savory lineup, which includes new zesty Chili Lime and umami-packed Roasted Seaweed.

Although convenience is key—taste-tempting flavor is the way to draw attention. Last year saw innovation ideas trickle down to the basics including hot dogs, lunch meat and yes—even SPAM.

SeaPak Classic Cajun Style Shrimp are seasoned with a traditional New Orleans spice blend that includes salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic.

Inspired by craveable guest favorites, the new retail entrées include Cheddar Bay Biscuit® Shrimp, which combines the Cheddar Bay Biscuit with shrimp, and Coconut Shrimp Bites, both making it easy to enjoy seafood.

Made with lightly seasoned Panko breadcrumbs and 100% whole, wild-caught Alaska Pollock fillets or tender butterfly shrimp, the products are fried with hot air—not oil—through Gorton's proprietary process.
