Brazilian Fruit and Citrus Flavors
Tying into the ethnic foods craze, Robertet Flavors has introduced a new line of Brazilian-inspired flavors, under the Taste of Brazil name. The flavors can be used in beverages, ice cream, syrups, yogurt and other items. They include: acai, acerola, cherimoya, coconut, feijoa, guanabana, guaraná, guava, mango, papaya, passion fruit, pineapple and star fruit. The company also has rolled out several new citrus flavors: blood orange, calamansi, clementine, key lime, grapefruit, kumquat, mandarin, Meyer lemon, pummelo, tangelo, tangerine, Valencia orange and yuzu; Robertet also offers traditional citrus profiles: grapefruit, lemon, lime and orange.
