Consumers don’t need a passport for ethnic-taste adventure. Windsor Foods’ latest offerings include Bernardi Pepperoncini Bites and three new mini Mexican empanadas under a new brand: Posada Antojitos. Windsor says antojitos are “craveable snacks” sold in every region of Mexico and often are sold on the street. Windsor’s new varieties include Adobo Steak, Pork Chili Verde and Baja Shrimp. Windsor says it formulated the Baja Shrimp product (pictured) with Mexicali-style seasoned shrimp, pico de gallo (tomatoes, onions and cilantro), jalapenos, red bell peppers, and Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
