Sara Lee Foodservice says it has “refined indulgence” with several new Bistro Collection gourmet brownies, which represent an extension to the company’s dessert bar line. Officials say the new brownies feature Ghirardelli chocolate and on-trend flavor combinations, such as salted caramel (pictured). New entries include Double Chocolate Decadence Brownie, Dark Chocolate Cherry Brownie and Salted Caramel Brownie with Pretzel Crust. Sara Lee says its gourmet brownies and dessert bars are hand-finished for an “imperfect” look. They’re packaged in a tray that folds flat with guides for easy cutting and scoring.
