New collection is available in four varieties

Bistro Collection, a premium dessert portfolio that offers a collection of hand crafted, small batch desserts, introduced Individual Bundt Cakes. Four new flavors include:

• Signature Chocolate Bundt Cake with Chocolate
Ganache – Made with GHIRARDELLI® Chocolate
• Vanilla Bean Bundt Cake with Raspberry
• Boston Crème Bundt Cake with Chocolate
• Chocolate Pecan Bundt Cake with Salted Caramel

Each Bistro Collection Individual Bundt Cake is portioned for the individual indulgence-seeker or for consumers preferring sharable desserts

• Mini cakes have increased 17.5% on menus from 2013 to 2014, and Bundt Cakes are one of the fastest-growing cake varieties in the last year with growth of 13%
• With 53% of consumers preferring sharable desserts2, the perfectly portioned Bistro Collection Individual Bundt Cakes are a great menu option

• Overwrapped trays store in the freezer until they are ready-to-use, eliminating waste and labor costs associated with baking desserts on-site
• Thaw-and-serve convenience reduces serving time and provides a consistent and impressive presentation
• Beautifully hand finished so minimal plate-scaping is necessary
• Individual desserts are packaged 24 cakes to a case; 12 cakes per tray
• 3.25 to 3.75-ounces per cake
• 356-day frozen shelf life
• Three day refrigerated shelf life
