Minor Latin Flavor Concentrates

Nestlé Professional, Solon, Ohio, says operators can easily create signature dishes with everyday sauces and condiments by adding Minor’s Latin Flavor Concentrates.

New flavors include spicy Fire Roasted Jalapeno, zesty Fire Roasted Poblano and smoky Red Chile Adobo. These gluten-free and vegetarian concentrates boast rich, on-trend flavor from real fire-roasted chiles, onions, garlic and herbs. The versatile offerings work from soups, marinades and sauces to dips and salad dressings. To help customers, Minor’s also created a “plus-one ingredient matrix” guide —found at flavormeansbusiness.com/brochures—to show how easy it is to add zest to any recipe.
