Vitamin C Soft Chews
A tasty way to deliver vitamins and minerals, these soft chews contain PURE GEL® modified starch for a soft, chewy texture without compromising the firmness of the chew. MALTRIN® maltodextrins also are used in the formulation to boost solids, help control browning and produce a smooth, creamy mouthfeel without adding extra fat.
Chocolate-Almond Breakfast Cookies
Perfect for breakfast on-the-run or an afternoon pick-me-up snack, these high-protein cookies feature GPC functional ingredients. INSCOSITY® instant modified starch extends the shelf life by improving moisture retention. MALTRIN® maltodextrin enhances the texture of the cookie and reduces browning caused by the high protein level.
Other applications, such as soft-gel capsules, aqueous film-coated tablets and oral thin films, exhibit the excellent film-forming properties of PURE COTE® and INSTANT PURE-COTE® modified starches.
Spress® Pregelatinized Corn Starch NF exhibits excellent binding and disintegration properties in both top-drive and bottom-drive High Shear Granulation processes.
