Tulkoff Food Products, Inc. introduced Roasted Garlic Concentrate, the newest garlic addition to its current foodservice line. The Baltimore-based manufacturer describes the product as a concentrated paste of roasted garlic.

Tulkoff’s Roasted Garlic Concentrate is a thick, full-flavored paste containing a visible blend of premium roasted garlic, vegetable stock and carrots. The result is an alternative choice for garlic powder, IQF garlic or minced garlic.

Tulkoff’s Roasted Garlic Concentrate is fresh-never frozen, trans-fat free, sugar free and does not contain high fructose corn syrup. The product is packaged in a Mylar® sealed 8-ounce tub and re-sealable lid within a 12-count case.
