Byron’s BBQ used popular food bloggers to encourage barbecue consumption during key selling seasons

Recipes – liked Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese by Deep South Dish and Loaded BBQ Pork Potato Casserole by Mom On Timeout – were created by each blogger to pay tribute to two key barbecue seasons: national BBQ month and summer. After each campaign ran its course, the results were tabulated, and the reach is staggering: nearly 20 million impressions garnered through a combination of blog readership and social media engagement.
