HORN, a North American distributor of specialty ingredients, announced it has earned a distribution agreement with Savoury Systems International (SSI), a leader in the savory enhancement industry. Effective Oct. 1, HORN is now the sole agent and distributor for SSI in the Western US.

SSI’s robust portfolio includes an extensive line of non-GMO hydrolyzed vegetable proteins (HVPs), savory yeast extracts, yeast-based flavors, organic ingredients and other flavor enhancers that match the amino acid profile of food products to improve their flavor profile.
