Stacey Kelly joins Comax Flavors as senior product development scientist, and Lena McCarthy assumes role of regulatory specialist
Comax Flavors expanded its team with two new hires: Stacey Kelly and Lena McCarthy. “We're excited to welcome Stacey and Lena to Comax’s family. Stacey’s creative product development experience and Lena's regulatory experience will be an asset to Comax as we continue to grow,” stated Michael E. Crain, Senior Flavor Chemist, Comax Flavors.
Stacey Kelly joins Comax Flavors as a Senior Product Development Scientist. Stacey has extensive product development experience in products ranging from fruit preps and desserts to soups, entrees, dressings and sauces. Most recently Stacey worked as a Senior Food Scientist at Zentis (previously SKW) and prior she has held positions with Campbell Soup Co, Provesta Corporation and the T. Marzetti Company. In addition, she will provide marketing trends, strategic planning and technical support for key customer accounts. Stacey holds a BS in Food Science from Ohio State University.
Lena McCarthy joins Comax Flavors as a Regulatory Specialist. Most recently Lena held a position within the Regulatory Group at IFF Tastepoint (formerly Ottens Flavors) and has over seventeen years of regulatory and customer experience in the flavor industry.
