Beta-Carotene Powder 1% CWS-K is a gelatin-free, cold-water dispersible powder for baking. It’s best used as a fortifying agent and yellow colorant in baked goods, water-based foods, instant products, pudding, confectionery goods, and milk products.

Beta-Carotene Oil Suspension 22% is an oil suspending agent used to color and fortify oil-based foods including margarine, edible oil, salad, and snacks. It features a vitamin A content of 366,740 IU/g.

Both products are clean-label colorants that provide a safe source of vitamin A and antioxidants.
