Puratos: Win the Race in Baking

Puratos uses IBIE 2025 to offer cost savings, clean label solutions and help bakers reduce time to market

Puratos is shifting into high gear at IBIE 2025. The global bakery ingredient company invites attendees to Booth #4131 for a dynamic, Formula 1-inspired experience designed to help bakers win the race against today's toughest challenges: rising production costs, the demand for clean label reformulation, and long, costly development cycles.

Just as Formula 1 teams rely on innovation, speed and collaboration, Puratos has engineered its IBIE presence as a high-octane “pit crew” for bakers. Because in the race to market, having the right crew matters.

The centerpiece is a Formula 1-inspired Industrial Pilot Bakery, built in collaboration with AMF Bakery Systems. It's a test track for next-gen baking, where bakers can bring consumer-validated baked goods from concept to commercialization without disrupting their own production lines.

But Puratos’ vision for IBIE goes beyond engineering marvels. Every product on display adheres to strict clean label standards, reflecting a commitment to Food Innovation for Good and anticipating evolving regulations like MAHA.

Taking pole position is Sunset Glaze, a shelf-stable, plant-based alternative to traditional egg wash that streamlines production without compromising performance. With domestic manufacturing on the horizon, it's set to redefine bakery efficiency at scale. Sharing the spotlight is Cubease, a precision-engineered dough conditioner no larger than a sugar cube along with Puratos' cost-saving ingredient solutions—designed to help bakers reformulate with confidence.

IBIE attendees can also step into to driver's seat of innovation with the Sensobus, Puratos' mobile sensory lab designed to gather real-time consumer feedback, that will be parked outside the West Hall. Bakers have a rare chance to step into the consumer's shoes and engage in live sensory sessions that spark both new product launches and smarter reformulations. Expert-led IBIEducate sessions including “The Magic of Lamination” and “Sourdough & Gut Health,” will further equip bakers with technical knowledge and a glimpse of what's coming next in the industry.

And for those looking to add a little adventure to their IBIE experience, Puratos is launching the Digital Passport Prix. By completing three simple steps—scanning the QR code at Booth 4131, participating in a sensory session or attending an IBIEducate talk, and following Puratos on LinkedIn— attendees can enter to win one of three unforgettable experiences: a sourdough trip to Italy, a chocolate journey in Mexico, or a Nordic bread adventure in Denmark.

IBIE 2025 is the ultimate proving ground. In the race to produce better, faster, and cleaner, bakers need more than products and machinery – they need a team.
