GHOST Introduces High-Protein Cinnamon Cereal Aligned With Nostalgia and Functional Nutrition Trends

GHOST has released a Cinnamon Toast Crunch–inspired protein cereal formulated to combine nostalgic flavor cues with a higher protein load. Each serving provides 17 grams of protein and is positioned as a good source of calcium. The product can be consumed conventionally or incorporated into a higher-protein “bowl” by adding a scoop of GHOST whey to the milk component.
