Alain Hunkins is a leadership expert, keynote speaker, and author of Cracking the Leadership Code. As CEO of Hunkins Leadership Group, he has worked with leaders at global organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, to strengthen performance through connection, communication, and collaboration.

Alain is known for delivering highly interactive, practical sessions that blend research-backed insights with real-world application, helping leaders improve team alignment, engagement, and results.
