Rise Baking Company is expanding its Utah facility to boost capacity and streamline operations, including increased pie production. The move will add jobs while consolidating manufacturing, including the closure of its Washington plant.

The cakes are made at a bakery in Lafayette, Louisiana with which Tennesee-based Ounce of Hope has partnered.

Drake's Mini Cake Bites are bite-sized cakes in flavors inspired by classic Drake's varieties: Pound Cake, Coffee Cake and Devils Food with chocolate chips.

"Bob’s Signature Blends Baking Mixes are a testament to our commitment to combining the wholesome, premium ingredients we are known for with ease of use,” said Blake Issac, director of innovation marketing at Bob’s Red Mill. 

Vandemoortele USA introduced two new desserts, Maple Pecan Cake and Cookies ‘N Cream Pie, to its line of cakes and pies. The products are time-saving, responsibly sourced and sustainably packaged.
