Vibrant Ingredients has opened an 11,000sq-ft Innovation Center in Cranbury, N.J., designed to accelerate product development through hands-on collaboration and rapid prototyping. The facility expands the company’s technical capabilities for beverage and food applications while giving customers direct access to formulation, flavor and commercialization expertise.
Charcuterie Artisans has unveiled a new Innovation Center designed to help brands and retailers develop, scale and differentiate charcuterie offerings. Backed by a $12 million investment, the expansion positions the company to meet rising US demand for premium, story-driven meats across retail and foodservice.
The facility includes a demonstration kitchen, R&D lab for waffle irons and mixes, a training academy for operators and technology to host virtual product cuttings with customers and chefs.

In total, the renovation increases the T. Hasegawa’s state-of-the-art flavor innovation facilities by more than 50%, as part of the company’s larger strategy of investing in its US operations to bolster flavor development and manufacturing in North America.
The facility will leverage the latest food industry technology from Japan to create products ranging from tortilla and potato chips to popcorn, cereal and crackers
Planned to help the company grow in double digits annually, the center will support the team in bringing Asian-flavored offerings to the mainstream marketplace and expanding Harvest Snaps’ presence as a better-for-you brand in the salty snack category.
