The company says its generous 6oz cupcakes feature the “perfect frosting-to-cake ratio, center-filled with decadent butter cream or creamy cheese frosting and sprinkled with colorful toppings.” Varieties include Vanilla Cupcake with Butter Cream Frosting and Rainbow Sprinkles; Chocolate Cupcake with Butter Cream Frosting and Chocolate Sprinkles; and Red Velvet Cupcake with Creamy Cheese Frosting and Red Cake Crumbs. Prairie City Bakery notes that its “cupcakes make it simple to transform any bakery [display] case into an ‘all-day bakery’ by providing attractive afternoon offerings,” because most bakery cases remain empty in the afternoon, after the breakfast items are sold.
