Says Kraft, “This familiar, yet bold taste has a hint of berry sweetness—allowing operators to create exciting, robust new dishes.” Operators can leverage the versatile product as a spread or in dips, marinades, glazes, sauces and dressings. Applications could vary, and include such dishes as a Sage Pretzel Crusted Rouge Pork Chop, Rouge Chicken Wings, and Spinach Salad with Toasted Goat Cheese and Rouge Dressing.
