Southern-inspired BBQ baked beans now available at select Walmart stores
After success from its four introductory flavors, SER!OUS BEAN CO launched its newest flavorful twist on baked beans, Southern Mustard-Q BBQ beans.
In addition, the product development team said the beans pair well with German cuisine, including brats, sausages, potato salad, schnitzel and sauerkraut. They can also be added to cooked potatoes or pureed for a dip with pretzels or crackers. In taste tests, panelists liked the mild heat and zesty flavor.
The beans are preservative-free, vegan and gluten-free, with BPA-free cans with easy-to-open pull top lids. They’re also a good source of fiber and protein.
Southern Mustard-Q is now available at approximately 500 Walmart stores across 16 states. The other four SER!OUS BEAN CO flavors are available at more than 4,000 retail stores across country, including Walmart, Publix, HyVee, United Supermarkets, Meijer, WinCo Foods and H-E-B.
