Edlong Dairy Technologies has added two sweet flavors to create great-tasting products with strong consumer appeal. Natural Dulce de Leche-Type Flavor #1412484 is a natural powder version of a popular N&A flavor (previously only available as a liquid). It is Whole Foods Compliant, non-GMO and kosher Pareve, and excels in bakery, beverage or pudding applications.

New Natural Cheesecake-Type Flavor #1412116 is a highly concentrated spray dry flavor with excellent cream cheese notes, well-suited to bakery, whipped topping and dessert applications. This Whole Foods/Organic Compliant, non-GMO, kosher Pareve flavor is part of the Edlong Palette Flavors collection.
