Multisorb FreshMax® Oxygen Absorbers help to protect packaged foods against mold growth, color change, rancidity, and loss of nutritional value. FreshMax Oxygen Absorbers are adhesive backed and offer a flat, flexible format, with an ultra-thin, low-profile design. This makes them seemingly invisible. 

FreshMax Oxygen Absorbers repeatedly demonstrated effectiveness in extending the shelf life of oxygen-sensitive foods and other products. Even under extreme testing conditions, the use of FreshMax Oxygen Absorbers resulted in a decrease in mold spoilage of pre-sliced meats and considerable extension of shelf life.

And at a time when more consumers are looking for simple, clean labels, a FreshMax Oxygen Absorber can reduce the need for added preservatives and allows processors to market a more natural product.

FreshMax Oxygen Absorbers are most effectively used with moist or semi-moist food products that have a water activity of greater than 0.65. Exposure to oxygen prior to use should be minimized for maximum efficiency.

FreshMax Self-Adhering Oxygen Absorbers incorporate a solid-fill sorbent and a non-perforated top sheet, therefore, they contain no loose powder to spill out, are dustless, and will not leach sorbent materials through the top sheet.

FreshMax Type M Oxygen Absorbers are available for use with carbon dioxide flushing - 3cc to 20cc standard capacity. Custom sizes are available based on application.

No less important, FreshMax Oxygen Absorbers can be easily applied or inserted using high-speed dispensing equipment.
