The global food and beverage industry trade fair, Food Ingredients Europe, will convene in early December in Paris. There, Bell Flavors & Fragrances will present its latest developments and trends for flavors and botanical extracts for the beverage, sweet, dairy and savory segments.

A further highlight presented by Bell Flavors & Fragrances is a lemon and cucumber soft drink created especially for the fair. Producers of alcoholic beverages also will be excited by new trends. Bell’s concept “Xtreme Shots” will demonstrate multi-sensory effects—such as hot versus cold, super sour or sweet and salty.
