Schwan’s Food Service Appoints Sales Expert
Lance Luegers named senior director of sales, corporate accounts
In this role, Luegers leads a team focused on selling foods to foodservice management companies, group purchasing organizations and corporate distributors. The combination of these areas of focus under one leader better aligns the company to meet the needs of these large strategic customers.
Luegers brings more than 25 years of sales leadership experience in the foodservice industry to his new role, most recently serving as vice president of sales for Sky Rocket Global Consulting Group, focusing on client strategy and new business development. He spent more than 15 years with PepsiCo, holding the position of southeast region senior director of sales for a majority of his tenure. He began his career in sales at Quaker Oats, after receiving a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Luegers’ focus in his new position will be building and strengthening strategic partnerships and elevating customer relationships by providing customized industry insights, trend-forward innovation and culinary solutions.
