Bakery On Main launched a new line of granola to its Happy products portfolio that is not only certified gluten-free and NON-GMO Project Verified but is also certified organic. Driven by an ever-growing passion to bring people happiness through bakeshop gluten-free foods, Bakery On Main developed this new granola to include the added benefits of sprouted ancient grains, such as increased vitamins, minerals, protein, antioxidants, easier digestion, and reduced carbohydrates.

Made in the USA at Bakery On Main’s GFCO certified, dedicated gluten-free facility, this new oat-based granola is available in three varieties; Sprouted Grains and Honey, Sprouted Maple Quinoa, and Sprouted Blueberry Flax. Each boasts at least 18g of whole grains per serving, is a good source of heart-healthy fiber, and is available in vibrant and fun, convenient 11oz resealable bags. All varieties are also Non-GMO Project Verified, OU Kosher, low in sodium and saturated fat, and free of trans fat, cholesterol, dairy, casein, wheat, and gluten.

“The launch of Bakery On Main’s Organic Happy Granola represents a new company-wide initiative to bring more certified organic products to consumers,” shared Bakery On Main’s founder Michael Smulders. “With gluten-free granola at the roots of our company, we are beyond excited to introduce this new lineup of Organic Happy Granola. Made with a unique combination of certified organic and gluten-free oats and sprouted quinoa, millet, and flax, these products are packed with taste and nutrition.”
