Korean foods manufacturer Chung Jung One announces the arrival of its new Gochujang Spicy Mayo Sauce, now available on Amazon and coming to supermarket shelves across the United States this winter.

Chung Jung One currently offers a traditional tub of Gochujang, a spicy, fermented red chili paste that is common in Korean cuisine and traditionally used in rice dishes such as bibimbap, or melted into soups and stews.

Gochujang Spicy Mayo Sauce blends Chung Jung One’s signature Gochujang into a creamy mayonnaise to deliver a spicy, umami-rich flavor for spreading, smearing, dipping, and more. Ready to use straight out of a convenient squeeze bottle, Gochujang Spicy Mayo Sauce is a condiment for burgers, a dip for fried chicken, a dressing for coleslaw, and complements other dishes that benefit from a rich, yet balanced sweet-heat.

Chung Jung One first introduced products for the American market in 2014, with its critically acclaimed line of gluten-free, vegan, corn syrup-free Gochujang Sauces, including Spicy Miso Sauce, Korean Chili Sauce, and Spicy Ketchup Sauce varieties—all produced in Sunchang, a mountainous region in the North Jeolla Province in the southwest of South Korea.

Spicy food fans can now buy Chung Jung One Gochujang Spicy Mayo Sauce as a pack of two 12-ounce bottles for $12.39 on Amazon. It will also be available on supermarket shelves this winter.
