Perry’s Ice Cream Company, Inc. launched its first oat-based, dairy-free frozen dessert. Perry’s Oats Cream™ pints are now available in retail and online.
Perry’s Oats Cream™ line features seven decadent flavors: Apple Strudel, Blueberry Pancake, Coconut Caramel, Oat Latte, Peanut Butter Coffee Cake, Peanut Butter & Cookies and Snickerdoodle. The line up is vegan, non-dairy, lactose free, a good source of fiber and made with whole grains.
Dairy-free frozen dessert is predicted to be a $1 billon dollar category by 2024 and according to Business Insider, oat milk is the hot new product in the dairy-free aisle and is positioned to take over nut milks as the leading alternative.

Insights from the Perry’s product development team reveal that oat texture is more like ice cream with a milder flavor, allowing for freedom and variety in flavor creation.
With a view towards national distribution, Wegmans Food Markets and Tops Markets are the first wave of retailers to have authorized Perry’s line of Oats Cream™ for 2019. Perry’s Oats Cream™ pints can be found in Wegmans Food Markets, Tops Markets, and Lexington Co-Op Markets.
Suggested retail price for Perry’s Oats Cream™ is $6.99 per pint.
