Danone North America introduced a new product to help operators respond to consumer demands with the launch of STōk Protein. Brewed low and slow, the new STōk Cold Brew offering has 20g of high-quality protein in the convenience of a 15-ounce can.
 
“People expect more from their coffee these days,” said Kellyn Warren, Marketing at Danone North America. “They want a drink that will deliver more than a caffeine boost. In fact, a recent study found that 70% of consumers are calling for coffee with additional benefits, like protein. Creating this cold brew was a no-brainer and we know people will love it.”
 
Cold brew is remains a fast-growing coffee beverage. Category sales are expected to reach $4.1 billion by 2021, according to the company.
