SmartSweets candies contain 80 calories per bag, 3g of sugar, and 28g of daily fiber. SmartSweets contain 85% less sugar than most similar candies. The product is also dairy, soy, and lactose free and are produced on equipment that does not process peanuts, tree nuts, milk, or wheat.
