The award was for the category of “Colouring Foods- Hibiscus Extracts” showcased at FI India 2022.

Colouring Foods Hibiscus, the latest addition from Mane Kancor, is a FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) label-friendly, approved coloring ingredient that does not carry an INS number. This water-soluble product is ideal for a wide range of applications including dairy, ice cream, desserts, gum confections and beverages.
