Kemin Food Technologies-North America offers its latest webinar, “Process Optimization in the Meat Industry: New Innovations to Increase Meat Throughput,” on Kemin.com.

The complimentary webinar discusses how clean label ingredient solutions and processing innovations can enhance protein applications and increase meat throughput. In the webinar, experts from Kemin Food Technologies – North America and JBT Corporation present the state of the industry with trends, common challenges and the latest solutions to improve product quality. The speakers’ goal is to help listeners reduce cost and minimize food waste.

One example presented in the webinar, Proteus®, is a Kemin ingredient solution that makes it possible for manufacturers to improve the quality and yield of meat and poultry products while offering consumers a clean label.
