Talenti Dipped Whisk Limited-Edition Desserts
Talenti and Chef Dominique Ansel collaborate to develop the new Layers Bakery Collection

Talenti Gelato & Sorbetto evolved its Layers line by introducing the Bakery Collection. The three new baking-inspired flavors – Chocolate Chip Cookie Batter, Italian Tiramisu and Snickerdoodle Cookie – invite tastebuds to indulge in a frozen version of common sweet bakery treats.
And to celebrate their debut, Talenti partnered with world-renowned pastry virtuoso Chef Dominique Ansel to create a first-of-its-kind, elevated dessert experience: The Dipped Whisk.
The limited-edition Dipped Whisk is Ansel's first exploration within the Talenti portfolio amidst his Chef Ambassador partnership with Talenti. Chef Ansel will become the brand's first-ever Chef Ambassador, where he will inform future flavors and new recipes for the brand.
Crafted with the ingredients found across the new Talenti Layers Bakery Collection, the limited-edition Dipped Whisk is a handheld dessert served atop a keepsake golden whisk. Chef Dominique Ansel was inspired by the elements within the Bakery Collection and by the nostalgic experience of licking batter from a whisk while baking.
Each layer of The Dipped Whisk evokes one of the flavors found within the Chocolate Chip Cookie Batter, Italian Tiramisu and Snickerdoodle Cookie Bakery Collection products:
- Madagascan Vanilla Bean Gelato
- Rich espresso fudge sauce
- Crunchy stacks of shortbread, chocolate, and snickerdoodle cookies
All nestled inside a crisp vanilla wafer cone and dipped in a light and creamy vanilla Chantilly for an elegant finish.
The Layers that inspired the ingredients and flavors of The Dipped Whisk – the new Talenti Layers Bakery Collection – are available in grocery stores nationwide.
