Fieschi has a successful track record in commercial leadership roles in the food and beverage and natural ingredients sectors, along with deep expertise in global markets.

In his new role, Ripley will be responsible for directing and managing all commercial efforts for Sethness Caramel Color products throughout Mexico, Central and South America and the Caribbean. He will also assume selected domestic sales responsibilities.

In his new position, Silvestro will leverage his extensive industry background and resources to manage key relationships with stakeholders, retailers and brand partners as the business grows and scales.

Eckert has over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, most recently serving as the vice president of marketing at Community Coffee Company. Prior to that, he served in various leadership roles at ACH Food Companies and ConAgra Brands.

Rastoka brings to Acme a deep knowledge of the chemical and lubricant additive markets.
