As part of the company’s strategy to focus on Human Health and Nutrition, Agriculture and Biopharma, ABN recently sold its business and assets in the Animal Health and Nutrition field.

Emmanuel succeeds Chris Millington who chose to pursue new opportunities outside the company, after successfully leading the flavor business unit for four years.

For the past 12 years, Stark has worked for Givaudan Flavors as VP of North America sales in Cincinnati.

Most recently, Slavtcheff served as vice president, R&D for Campbell Snacks and International. Prior to that he was vice president, R&D for the Global Biscuits and Snacks division, a position he has held since 2015.

Cavallo is an accomplished food and beverage industry executive with a global business scope that includes extensive experience in the flavor, extract, food ingredient and specialty chemicals segments.

As part of the new management structure, Serventi will oversee the business globally in his new role as CEO. Bisterzo will continue to be actively involved in the business as the Chairman and Founder overseeing brand marketing, innovation and the company’s charitable work.  

Under Leatherwood’s leadership, Blount’s Technical Services team is responsible for the scientific portion of the research and development process, providing information and insight needed to effectively and accurately design and label products for food safety and regulatory compliance. Her team is also responsible for the scientific portion of the research and development process.

Toyos carries more than 16 years of innovation and brand and business building experience. Prior to joining Kite Hill, Toyos was vice president of marketing for The J.M. Smucker Company where she led the marketing strategy, innovation agenda and business operations for the on-trend pet business unit.
