Bell Flavors & Fragrances announced the promotions of Ted Sawicz to the position of CFO & executive vice president, shared services; Maggie Khembo-Gary to the position of senior manager, human resources and Sandy Cordova to the position of senior manager, benefits administration at their headquarters in Northbrook, Ill.

The $310 million Shelbyville facility, slated to become operational in late 2020, will create 460 jobs on the 57-acre property and can be expanded to meet future market growth.
