Of the five nominated new products launched in August 2016, Prepared Foods readers selected Kashi Culturally Inspired Foods as their favorite.

With 31% of the vote, Kashi Culturally Inspired Foods edged out second place favorite General Mills Freezer to Plate and Henry’s Hard Cherry Cola, which finished third.

Kashi Culturally Inspired Foods is new line of foods inspired by some of the world's most vibrant food cultures and culinary traditions. Featuring native superfoods and unique flavors – such as teff, basil and berbere – the new foods offer wholesome nutrition eating experience.
