Coolatta Hot Chocolate in body

June 4/Canton, Mass. -- Dunkin' Donuts has unveiled the Hot Chocolate Coolatta, the newest addition to its lineup of Coolatta frozen beverages. Guests can now enjoy a favorite hot beverage in its "coolest" form, as the Hot Chocolate Coolatta features rich, chocolate flavors, similar to that of Dunkin' Donuts' popular Hot Chocolate winter beverage, in a frozen treat. The Hot Chocolate Coolatta is available nationwide for a limited time only through August.

Dunkin' Donuts is also keeping it cool with the introduction of three new Coolatta flavors, and three returning favorites:

  • Berry Blast Coolatta provides a burst of pomegranate and blueberry taste in a frozen fruity drink available nationwide at participating restaurants for a limited time only.
  • Raspberry Lime Coolatta has a sweet lime flavor with a hint of raspberry available nationwide at participating restaurants for a limited time only.
  • Minute Maid Orange Coolatta joined the lineup as a permanent item at participating restaurants nationwide and gives guests the option of enjoying a favorite orange flavor in a refreshing frozen drink.

Dunkin' Donuts has also reintroduced several favorite seasonal Coolatta varieties, including Frozen Lemonade, Blue Raspberry and Strawberry Lemonade Coolatta, all available for a limited time only at participating restaurants nationwide.

Dunkin' Donuts' Frozen Coffee Coolatta is a frozen coffee-flavored beverage topped with whipped cream. Additional frozen beverages include the Frozen Mocha Coffee Coolatta and the Frozen Caramel Coffee Coolatta.

According to Stan Frankenthaler, Dunkin' Brands' executive chef and vice president of Product Innovation, "We're always looking for ways we can enhance our Coolatta frozen beverage lineup with new and innovative flavors that are familiar, but with a twist. With our Hot Chocolate Coolatta, we're able to bring the rich flavor of one of our favorite hot beverages into an icy, refreshing frozen beverage perfect to beat the heat any time of day."
