Q Drinks, Brooklyn, N.Y., brought a world of flavors to Chicago during the recent National Restaurant Association show. Q’s three new citrus flavors are Q Orange, Q Grapefruit and Q Lemon. Q Orange is made with Valencia oranges from Florida, Pera oranges from Brazil and tangerines from Mexico. Q Grapefruit includes ruby red grapefruit from Florida; Q Lemon includes real lemon from Italy and Argentina. Officials say all three flavors are lightly sweetened with organic cane sugar and have more effervescence, depth and complexity than traditional fruit-flavored sodas.
