Dianne's Fine Desserts, a provider of gourmet frozen thaw-and-serve desserts for the foodservice industry, announced its acquisition of retail desserts creator Daystar Desserts of Ashland, VA. 


Acknowledged leaders in the foodservice and retail sectors, the partnering of Dianne's Fine Desserts with Daystar Desserts will provide a full complement of products, services, technology, innovation and distribution for its customers.

Founded seventeen years ago by culinary chef John Fernandez in his mother's kitchen, daily production for Daystar Desserts has grown from fifteen to 15,000 cakes a day.
