The foodservice division at Reser’s Fine Foods, Beaverton, Ore., greets the new year with new side dishes. They include Crisp Cut Tri-Color Potatoes and an entirely new line of Reser’s Purely Hand-Cut Fruit offerings.

“Restaurants love adding colorful side dishes to their menus. Reser’s Crisp Cut Tri-Color Potatoes feature buttery Yukon gold, smooth purple and crowd-pleasing red potatoes,” says Jessica Truhan, associate foodservice trade marketing manager, Reser’s Foodservice. “With no artificial colors or flavors and no high fructose corn syrup, these convenient sliced and par-cooked potatoes lend a labor-saving hand in home-fries, smashed potatoes or creative side dish menu inspirations.”

Reser’s new refrigerated Purely Hand-Cut Fruit options include Pineapple Spears, Mango Slices, Fruit Salad with Papaya, a Tropical Salad, Honeydew Halves and a Tropical Salad without Melons.

“Reser’s partners with a select group of fruit growers to offer restaurants hand-cut, 100% yield fruit—packaged at the peak of freshness,” says Truhan. “We’re proud to provide restaurants even more ways to delight diners, any time of day.”
