Ellenos Real Greek Yogurt, a handcrafted yogurt brand of Pike Place Market, launched Vanilla Bean flavor, adding to its lineup of natural yogurts. The first new flavor in two years, the Vanilla Bean variety is exclusively available in Whole Foods Markets in Washington and Oregon, or at any of the company’s Scoop Bar locations. Ellenos’ yogurt varieties are made from a traditional family recipe, passed through generations of its Greek co-founders. 

Made with 100% natural fruits, toppings, and locally sourced seasonal ingredients, the new Vanilla Bean flavor took months to come to fruition. The flavor incorporates vanilla beans from Madagascar and Tahiti, giving the initial punch of smooth vanilla, and then soothing the palate with subtle floral notes.
