Kemin Industries will showcase its complete line of clean label ingredient solutions for foods during the Institute of Food Technologists 2022 Annual Meeting and Exposition (IFT22) in Chicago, IL, July 11-13. Attendees are invited to visit booth #S0421 and discuss opportunities to reduce food waste, improve yield and extend product shelf life, while maintaining a clean label.

Kemin Food Technologies assists its customers in ensuring the best quality and freshness of their consumer food products, including meat and poultry; bakery and snacks; fats and oils; and dressings and sauces, to help elevate their brands by enticing consumers to make repeat purchases.

• Meat and poultry
Kemin is a one-stop shop for yield enhancement, moisture control, shelf-life extension, color, flavor and microbial challenges in meat and poultry products. Proteus®, a recently introduced, innovative, clean label alternative to traditional phosphates, delivers a juicier product with natural taste, appearance and feel. The Proteus patented line of functional proteins allows manufacturers to meet in-demand label claims, reduce input costs and achieve greater yields.

• Snack food and bakery products
Kemin offers a full range of fat and oil solutions for the bakery and snacks market, including clean label antioxidant solutions that significantly delay or prevent lipid oxidation, extend the shelf life of baked goods and snack products and delight consumers—all at the same time.

•T ortillas
Kemin tortilla solutions include dough conditioners and softeners; enzyme blends and batch packs; and mold inhibitors to keep tortillas fresh and appealing. The complete suite of solutions—including complete drop-in options and premixes to individual functional ingredients such as mold inhibitors, enzymes, emulsifiers and gum blends—helps manufacturers continue offering high-quality tortillas that consumers love. Solutions are available in liquid and dry varieties with clean label, organic and non-GMO options available.

• Dressing and sauces
