Layn Natural Ingredients will have a natural appeal for IFT First attendees at its Booth #S2400 in Chicago. There, Layn will present its new natural SteviUp® M2 formulated Reb M stevia ingredient and the company will highlight its Galacan for immunity and gut health benefits.
Throughout the IFT event, Layn will be serve functional drink prototypes, including a tasty probiotic drink with Galacan to promote gut-health, and a refreshing tea beverage with US-grown American Ginseng to support energy.
SteviUp® M2 is a carefully formulated Reb M stevia ingredient that uses natural ingredients and expert extraction to achieve a sweetener with a cleaner taste and less lingering sweetness. This GRAS certified sweetener offers superior solubility to provide more flexibility in beverage and food applications. In its booth, Layn will demonstrate the solubility of SteviUp vs. other Reb M extracts and discuss the science of sweet.
Layn also will showcase Galacan. Unlike conventional beta glucans derived from oats, yeast, algae, or mushrooms, Galacan is a unique heteropolysaccharide produced through precision fermentation. Its spiral conelike structure maximizes its ability to interact with receptor sites on immune cells, enhancing bioavailability and efficacy. Additionally, Galacan is highly water-soluble, making it versatile for a wide range of applications.
Layn will host two Galacan workshops at its Booth #S2400 on Monday, July 14 at 3 p.m. and Tuesday, July 14, at 3 p.m.
