Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc., the agricultural cooperative owned by roughly 700 farmer families, invites attendees at the upcoming International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) to stop by its Cranberry Café and sample on-trend cranberry concepts. 

Held September 14–17 in Las Vegas, IBIE 2025 is the largest baking trade show held in North America that showcases the industry’s latest technologies, equipment and new product introductions. Attendees who visit Ocean Spray Ingredients booth #7811 can sample a variety of cranberry concepts and culinary expertise at its Cranberry Café.

Experts from Ocean Spray Ingredients will also be presenting as part of the official IBIE 2025 education program. Charley Morrill, Senior Research Chef at Ocean Spray, and Curtis Gong, Senior Product Development Scientist at Ocean Spray, will present a session, “Make Your Baked Goods Cran-tastic!,” on Tuesday, September 16, at 1:30 p.m. PDT on Wholesale Bakers Stage 2 – West Hall. The session will showcase why cranberries are the perfect inclusion for bakery and the wide variety of cranberry ingredients suited for this segment, including the full BerryFusions Dried Fruits lineup.
