Fly By Jing Expands Premium Noodle Line
New flavors highlight fermentation, protein and broader Sichuan flavor appeal

Fly By Jing is expanding its instant noodle portfolio with two new flavors, Creamy Sesame and Roasted Garlic, now available at Whole Foods Market and direct-to-consumer. Both products are positioned within the premium instant noodle segment, featuring sun-dried, knife-cut noodles produced using a triple fermentation process designed to enhance flavor, texture and nutritional profile.
Each serving delivers 12g of protein and can be prepared in approximately six minutes. The new flavors extend the brand’s Sichuan-inspired lineup beyond heat-driven profiles. Creamy Sesame incorporates sesame paste with Sichuan peppercorn for mild tingling spice, while Roasted Garlic delivers a no-heat, umami-forward option. Each pack includes separate sauce and topping components, supporting customization and layered flavor delivery.
For product developers, the launch reflects continued premiumization of instant noodles, with emphasis on global cuisine authenticity, fermentation-based processing and higher protein content. It also highlights a broader shift toward offering varied heat levels within globally inspired flavor systems to expand consumer accessibility.
